After NIGEL MANSELL 'S victory in Belgium three weeks ago, the Formula One cars travel to North America for the first time this season.
Montreal also sees the return of Britain's DEREK Warwick (Brabham) to the Grand Prix scene following the tragic death of Elio De Angelis.
However even Brabham, with their excellent record in Canada, and Ferrari, who were first and second last year, will find it hard to break the domination of the McLaren, Williams and Lotus teams in this year's championship. Commentators
