The Aids pandemic has orphaned around 750,000 children even in one of Africa's richer countries, South Africa. The government promised to provide free anti-Aids drugs across the country, but has yet to honour its word. This emotive film chronicles the tragic plight of youngsters from three families in rural areas of the KwaZulu-Natal province.
