Real Neighbours
Are your neighbours noisy, nosey, or nice?
In any street where there are frail elderly people living alone, the friendly neighbour who pops in from time to time can be a great asset. But, at the other extreme, tensions between neighbours over things like noise, fences or pets can lead to lengthy and bitter wrangles.
With the season of goodwill - and noisy parties - at hand, Margo MacDonald looks at ways of bringing out the best in the neighbourhood.
