The glamorous Dr Paul Simay has run out of luck. After a driving error made by his wife, he wakes to find himself plastered up to the neck, a patient in his own clinic. As he reflects on the triumphs and joys of his life, he becomes aware that fate might just have some nasty surprises in store for him.
