In 1993 Sebastian Rich, an ITN cameraman, was filming the war in Bosnia when he saw a Muslim girl dying of leukaemia in a Tuzla hospital. Presenter Kate Adie returns to the scene and recounts Rich's attempt to rescue her.

Phil Rees reports from the railway lines on the border between India and Pakistan, where bombs are found on an almost daily basis, and asks whether these acts of sabotage are part of a battle between the countries' secret services.
