Top chef Gary Rhodes continues his culinary voyage around the country discovering, cooking and enjoying regional produce.
This week he visits Wales where he meets Welsh rock star Mike Peters and compares the recipe for a new single and a new dish. He also discovers the delights of seafood, lamb and Italian pecorino cheese - all made in Wales. In the kitchen he prepares mussels with garlic, almonds and parsley, and a chump of lamb marinated in red wine and orange.
