Natural Selection. As the cost-cutting continues, it's the turn of the animals, and 1,300 of them - one third of the whole collection - will have to go. The birds are the first to be moved out. Elsewhere the curator is faced with impossible choices: chimps or orang-utans - only one group can be kept.
