Jacobo Timerman , wealthy editor and owner of the influential daily paper La Opinion, begins a campaign against the right-wing authorities. He believes that his prestige and power make him invulnerable from the Secret Police.
Unfortunately, he is wrong. Timerman is seized, brutally tortured and detained in prison. This film tells the true story of Timerman's ordeal and later house arrest of his family's fight for his and their survival against the fascist regime.
