The competition reaches its climax with a grand finale at the Opera House in Buxton. The six choirs have come a long way since May, when they first sang in the preliminary heats along with 260 other choirs. Today they will be putting forward their strongest programmes. Cliff Morgan meets the singers and the adjudicators, who are looking for one adult and one youth choir.
