The brown trout in the hill lochs of Scotland vary enormously - in weight - in looks - and in habits. They rarely approach in size the large reservoir trout of southern middle England. But there's more - much more - to trout fishing than just trying to catch big fish. There's atmosphere - there's remoteness - an away-from-it-all feeling in waters far removed from the overcrowded waters of the south.
