Ainsley's Barbecue Bible: Thailand

on BBC Two England

Fourth in a six-part series in which chef Ainsley Harriott goes global in search of the world's best barbecue ideas.

Ainsley continues his barbecue odyssey as he hunts for things hot and spicy in the Far East. In Bangkok's 24-acre Chatachak market he discovers the smelliest fruit known to man, finds Thailand's answer to fish-and-chip shops and, in a remote mountain region, joins the Lahu tribe to sample "waterfall beef" and spicy chicken. Then he cooks exotic fruit parcels with delicious lemon-grass syrup.
