As part of the celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the Institute of Contemporary Arts the BBC is repeating an Arena film entitled Mentioned in Despatches which examines the devastating work of Vietnam war photographer Tim Page and shows him discussing the moral dilemmas of war photography at the ICA.
