In this feature film inspired by the successful Whack-O! series, head-master Jim Edwards faces dismissal by Lady Gore-Willoughby, new chairman of the board of governors of Chiselbury School, if the school's terrible academic record doesn't improve. But Lady Gore-Willoughby doesn't know of Jim's highly confidential arrangement with the Foreign Office, concerning an Eastern prince.
