Continuing the series following the painstaking restoration of the dilapidated gardens at the old Aberglasney mansion near Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire. A wet winter provides the people sifting through the accumulated debris with a vital clue to the haunting mystery of several young maids who are believed to have suffocated in one of the mansion's rooms.
