Elsie is a widow of 71. Not a day passes when she doesn't weep with longing for the love of her only daughter; a love she is unlikely ever to receive. In her psychodrama, Elsie confronts her daughter and rids herself of years of pent-up fury in the hope of coming to terms with the painful facts of her life.
