Better known for his acquaintance with badgers, birds and other denizens of Britain's back gardens, the wildlife presenter takes a different trip with a look at the music, culture and natural history of America. Forty-three years ago Bill toured the States with John Cleese and Tim Brooke-Taylor, but he had no chance to admire the US wildlife. As he attempts to rectify that, his journey begins in New York, where he stumbles upon bin-raiding raccoons and a pair of red-tailed hawks.
