Clothing. Chippewa Chief Bill McCueis a Harley-Davidson riding Indian leader with a penchant for cowboy music. He wants to declare his tiny Georgina Island a nation state within the boundaries of Canada. This may seem a bit ambitious with a population of people, but Bill McCue is determined - after all his people have resisted white Canadaforthe past 500 years. Tonight's programme shows how he negotiates with the Federal government while solving crises at home. He also faces a battle to get re-elected as chief, campaigning against his brother-in-law and second cousin. Will he get a mandate to continue fightingthe Canadian government?
