' Master of deadpan comedy '
The great straight-faced silent clown Buster Keaton plays a college student intent on impressing his girl by mastering campus customs. His attempts at athletics from baseball to rowing are predictably disastrous - but Buster, still unsmiling, comes out on top. This classic comedy is shown today in a newly restored tinted version with an added musical sound track.
