'Young upstart takes over programme. Feelings were running high at the BBC today as programme controllers viewed this latest production. A spokesperson said, " It's a disgrace, we disown it." Early reports suggest that the programme is disrespectful and anarchic. Self-styled " artistic adviser" Michael Jones (1230, Scottish new-wave writer, refused to comment, but told a close friend: " It was a bit of a laugh, I liked the roller-skating best." '
