La Boheme

on BBC Two England

Giacomo Puccini's opera in four acts is given a fresh reworking in this production for Australian Opera by Baz Luhrmann (director of the hit film Strictly Ballroom).

Recorded at the Sydney Opera House, he has set this tragic love story in the decadent Paris of the 1950s, with a young cast who help capture the intensity of the tale.
