Jamie Owen is in Swansea where he meets a busker who has traded a life in the Caribbean for a life of entertaining the shoppers of South Wales.

Jamie explores Cardiff's waterfront past and present, speaking to the people who live and work in the area.

Jamie takes a trip to Flatholm island, and meets the volunteers who keep the island ticking over. He's also roped in to help with some dry stone walling.

Jamie Owen visits Newport, where he calls in at the railway station and the Transporter Bridge. At the university, he gets to hear some music created by the third-year students.
