Kenneth Anderson , now the leader of the Reid Orchestra, began to study the violin at the age of seven. After taking lessons in Glasgow, he went to the Royal College of Music in London and became a private pupil of Antonio Brosa. In 1926 he returned to Edinburgh, and he has been a prominent exponent of music in the city ever since.
