The sixth number of a monthly miscellany in which women and men will talk to women particularly about things interesting to themselves
In the last number of 'The Northcountrywoman' on May 7, three well-known North Regional programme producers talked about 'The best-dressed woman I saw last week', and listeners found the contributions highly entertaining. Now it is the women's turn to speak about men's clothes seen during the previous week.

The talkers on this subject will be Olive Shapley, the BBC producer, who is well known now for the radio 'documentaries' she puts on the air; Muriel Levy, who in innumerable ways has been contributing to Northern broadcasting for years; and Violet Carson, who, as an entertainer at the piano and as a soprano and actress in programmes of various kinds, has been well known to Northern audiences for a long time. She is broadcasting four times this week - at 5.0 in 'Edwardian Echoes'; in this Northcountrywoman programme; tomorrow in the Regional programme at 1.0; and in 'Roundabout' on Wednesday.
