A Dramatic Story for all Children under 100
THIS AMUSING spoof fairy play is a delightful example of the combined arts of L. du Garde Peach and Victor Rely-Hutchinson . How the ogre re- acts when he hears that the Charcoal- Burner's Son is after him, how the fire-breathing dragon is discomfited by doughnuts, and how the surprise ending justifies its sub-title as a ' dramatic story for all children under a hundred ', listeners will hear this evening.
This little musical play was produced on zLO in January, 1929, and was revived in February, 1931, in the National and Regional programmes.
