Bhopal- Toxic Tomorrow. Paul Vickers recalls the explosion at Bhopal's Union Carbide plant that in 1984 killed thousands. Union Carbide shut down the operation but never cleared the facility of chemicals that for 20 years have been polluting Bhopal's air and poisoning the water.
