Set in the Supreme Court of Afrikan Justice where Ragamuffin, an allegorical character drawn from the experiences of black urban youth, is on trial for his role in criminalising the black community. The defence and prosecution argue their cases in the reggae "dancehall style", turning finally to the audience, as jury, to decide the fate of Ragamuffin.
