THE annual meeting of the Assembly of the League of Nations, which has this year moro than ordinary importance on account of the new developments in international finance at the Hague Convention, opens at Geneva this morning. Mr. Vernon Bartlett will broadcast a description of the scene from the Conference Hall itself. Mr. Arthur Henderson , Foreign Secretary and leader of the British De!egation, will broadcast a talk from Geneva on Thursday night.
