Something resembling this view will be put forward in tonight's discussion by Dr. Haden Guest , formerly Labour M.P. for North Southwark, who has recently become a Conservative. It will be opposed by Mr. Rosslyn Mitchell , who entered Parliament in 1924, when he defeated Mr. Asquith at Paisley.
