LORD BERNERS (born Gerald Hugh Tyrwhitt) is a modern musician who believes in bringing humour and caricature into music.
He has studied with Casella and Stravinsky.
The Fugue, written in 1924, has been heard as an interlude between the Ballets presented by Diaghilev's Russian company.
