This evening's is to be arranged on somesvhat different lines from its predecessors. Massed choirs from the London churches will lead the community singing, and the massed bands of the Guards will play, and the ceremony will close with a message personally delivered by the Prime Minister, followed by the singing of ' Auld Lang Syne.'
