Mrs. Rackham, who has been a Poor Law Guardian, a Home Office Factory Inspector and a member of the Standing Joint Committee of Women's Labour Organizations, as well as being a J.P.,. makes a striking contribution this evening towards this frequently neglected aspect of education in citizenship.
