Sally has turned up unexpectedly In Exton and announced her intention of opening a shop there. She decides to stay with Gwen while looking for a promising site. Mrs. Draycott has had a severe migraine attack just before she was due to set out on her cruise and this is looked on with suspicion by Tom and Sheila. Gwen asked Mrs. Dale and Jenny to tea and David broke unceremoniously into the party. After which Gwen told David that she had decided to divorce him if possible.
