Henry wanted Todhunter to get married and live in the flat over the shop. Janet went out with Mr. Haynes and got drunk. They knocked up Caradoc for Petrol and he saw Janet in the car. He had a fight with Haynes and took Janet to his flat, where Dr. Dale found her next morning. He took her to Virginia Lodge. Miriam was very annoyed with Janet. Sue Douglas got a job serving petrol at the garage and went to live in the flat in Virginia Lodge.
