Script by Jonquil Antony
Productions by Betty Davies and Wyn Knowles
Carlton was taken to hospital and kept in overnight. Alec, thinking the accident was more serious than it was, rushed up to Scotland with Miriam. At King's Acre, he and Grandfather Dale made up their quarrel. Alec then returned home with Mrs. Dale leaving Miriam behind. While looking after the twins, Mrs. Dale took off some itains on the pram-suit Rosemary was wearing, with turpentine. It penetrated the child's clothing and burnt her skin. Jenny was furious. Mrs. Freeman was welcomed back to the * Shamrock.'
