The intimate lives of cheetahs, lions and leopards are revealed in a true life diary of totally wild animals. Features Amber, Shadow and the Marsh pride.

A team from the Natural History Unit is living cheek by jowl with Africa's big cats. For ten weeks one film-maker will follow a pride of lions - the Marsh pride - another will trail Amber the cheetah and her cubs, and a third will seek out the elusive leopard, Shadow.This is a season of intense activity in the Masai Mara - the great migration is under way. Constantly on the move seeking out fresh pasture, a million or more wildebeest and zebra must run the gauntlet past hungry predators.

This film destroys the myth that Poland's Nazi leaders were acting under detailed 'orders' and that the country's Nazi administration was a model of German efficiency. Arthur Greiser and Albert Forster, the two Nazi leaders charged with Germanizing Poland, could not even agree on who should be 'Germanized'.

Featuring interviews with former Nazis, moving testimony from witnesses to SS atrocities in Poland, ethnic Germans and Polish jews, The Wild East provides insights into how the Nazis' reign of terror in Poland was characterised by huge population upheavals, chaos, petty squabbles and sheer bloodlust.
