Five young British men take on the challenge of a lifetime - to spend four months travelling the world, taking on some of the most deadly creatures and hostile places on the planet. 

Continuing their epic journey they travel to the Siberian arctic to become Evenki reindeer herders, a people who have survived in one of the most hostile locations for thousands of years. This is about learning to deal with extreme cold without home comforts. 

The Brits arrive in a world that is lifted straight from the ice age, but for locals it is what they call spring. It is one of the busiest times of year, when reindeer herds need to be corralled and moved to new pastures. The boys have just six days to prove themselves to their trainer for the week, Evenki herder Nikolai Mikhailovich.

To become Evenki they must learn to control a reindeer sledge, the only reliable form of transport in a place where motor vehicles crack and fuel freezes. If they satisfy Nikolai they will travel out to the herd, making camp in bone-snapping temperatures and attempting to fish through a metre of ice. If they come through it all they face the ultimate challenge of staying out all night, guarding Nikolai's herd from local wolves.

Britain's kitchens are a disaster zone - we appear clueless when it comes to cookery. Instead of sitting down to a freshly-cooked meal around the dining table Brits are now more likely to sit down to a takeaway in front of the TV.  

One man wants to change this. At just 26, Gordon Jones is head chef at one of the country's leading five star hotels, the Royal Crescent in Bath. Now he wants to get households cooking tasty, healthy and fresh meals, eating together again and reconnecting with each other. And he'll save them a fortune in the process. 
 
Each episode, he picks two virgin cooks from a household and places them in a seven-day head-to-head cookery competition which starts with him slashing their food budget. By the end of the week the person who has come on the furthest wins the ultimate prize: to cook a three-course menu, of their own design, for 20 to 30 friends and family.   

Surbiton is home to the Duggall family - Spanish mum Maria and her children Adrien, 29, Olivia, 25 and Jessika, 17. 

Although Adrien and Olivia hold down successful jobs, when it comes to running the household, mum does everything for them. Maria hates cooking, but still prepares a meal every evening, with mixed results. 
 
Gordon sets Adrien and Olivia on the path to independence by pitting them against each other in a competition. They must undergo a series of challenges - shopping, solo cooking, head-to-head cooking for friends and family - and all the while their budget is whittled away and Gordon's recipes and lessons become more complex and difficult.  

It is a gruelling week and by the end of it the two siblings are physically and emotionally spent, but as well as cooking and budgeting they have learnt much about themselves and their family.

Documentary which follows two teenage girls who are on the brink of making a big decision. Separated by age, culture and geography, but sharing the same all-consuming desire to have a baby, the girls go on a very personal journey of self discovery. But they are not going on their own - they are taking their mums and grans with them. 

Taking a break from everyday life, six women embark on a five-day road trip across the UK, immersing themselves in the world of teen pregnancy. Offering help and support throughout the experience, it is the last chance the older women have to persuade the teenagers to think about making the right choice. 

16-year-old Chantelle lost her virginity at 13. Having now been with her 20-year-old boyfriend for two years she is desperate for a child, but her mum Mandy and gran Maggie are against the idea. So why does Chantelle so desperately want to be a teen mum?

Only child Lydia is convinced she is independent enough to raise a child even though she is only 14 and doesn't have a boyfriend. Mum Josephine cannot understand why she wants to throw her teenage years, and her future, away.

Along the way, the families are introduced to a variety of people and situations designed to get them talking openly and honestly and help inform the teens before they make their Big Decision. Both families get to meet a real-life teen mum, visit a maternity ward and hear about the harsh reality of giving birth from a new mum. The teens get the chance to experience what it is like to be a parent when they are given a computerised baby to look after. 

Finally, after five days on the road, have the experiences had an effect on the Lydia and Chantelle? Do they still want to have a baby and become a teen mum?
