While mum Michelle Spencer throws tantrums, 8-year-old Jessica takes refuge in food by binge eating. Her dad and grandma were both morbidly obese and died young of heart disease, and Jessica is heading in the same direction. Since dad died the family has fallen apart and every aspect of their lives will need to change.
