The Stanley Holloway story Arthur Askey , in the fifth of six programmes, recalls My Fair Lady
1 Jack L, Warner called me one day and said "Cary Grant ". I said He's a cockney, you can't have a cockney playing an English professor of phonetics." Three days later Warner called me and said " What about Rock Hudson? He's not a cockney." I said " Well, I know he's not. Neither is Charles Boyer but you can't have him either." '
