And at 11.30 Life Swap.

Life Swap 11.30pm R1
Most of us in the media - especially at Radio Times, obviously - drive environmentally-damaging cars and drink posh coffee even though it's hand-pumped from Seattle by whipped midgets. But some try to restore the balance. Life Swap is a showcase for Saydeh, a Lebanese teenager living in America as part of a programme to improve Middle East/US understanding. Hear how she's adapting to a Spanish home, particularly its spicy food. We also hear from Ohio students who went to the Middle East. Tune in to gauge whether these programmes change misconceptions - or are simply ploys to bolster America.
