The Golden Hour and First to Last: the Stevie Wonder Hit File Our Tune
Already a rock veteran and still only 29, Stevie Wonder was born Steveland Morris in Saginaw, Michigan, on 13 May 1950. In spite of being totally blind he was only 12 when signed up by Tamla chief Berry Gordy and was enjoying considerable success under the name Little Stevie Wonder at the age of 13. His many talents embrace not only that of vocalist but record producer, arranger and instrumentalist.
Each day this week you will be able to hear one of his hit singles.
