Berkshire farmers are selling their cattle due to low milk prices, Nicki finds out more.

Low milk prices have been having a big affect in this area, Berkshire has lost a third of its dairy farmers over the past five years.

A Berkshire farmer says he is having to sell his cattle because there's simply no money to be made producing milk.

The National Farmers Union will meet with a group of MPs on Tuesday to discuss what they call "unfair commercial practices" and set out "minimum standards for milk contracts".

It's all too late for Michael Bowden from Brimpton, near Thatcham, his family have been milking cattle for 110 years. On Saturday he told Nicki Whiteman why he's got to sell his livestock.
