For the first time the UN has allowed a radio reporter free access to its Peace-Keeping Force in Cyprus. The result is today's documentary in which David Carter looks ac one 24-hour period in the life of the ' Peace Soldiers '. Five years ago a coup by Greek Cypriots led to an invasion by Turkish Armed Forces, who sliced Cyprus in two, Greek-speaking in the South, Turkish in the North. A cease-fire line separates the two sides. In between are the un soldiers.
