A Celtic Folk Opera
An Islesman falls in love with a Seal-Woman, takes away her seal robe and thus prevents her returning to the sea. Seven years later their child discovers the robe, and the Seal-Woman finds the ' sea-call ' too strong to resist.
(A recording made for Radio London by Hammersmith Municipal Opera.)
