Richard, Janet and Glen are all hoping DNA can help unlock secrets from their past.

Richard is on a lifelong mission to discover the identity of his father, Janet wants to know if she has a secret sister, and Glen hopes his DNA can finally reveal his ancestry.

Stacey is in Liverpool to meet Richard, who is on a lifelong mission to discover the identity of his father – he’s blown away when he finally learns the truth. Janet is rattled by a rumour that her dad fathered a baby as a prisoner of war during World War II, and that she might have a secret sister. And Glen’s mother never knew where his father was from, only that he wasn’t white - with Glen now desperate to finally learn his ethnicity. Testing their DNA is the only way they will all finally get answers.
