The celebrities cook for Mitch Tonks, one of the UK's top fish specialists.

The remaining four of this week's celebrities prepare calamari and tartare sauce, then cook for Mitch Tonks, one of the UK's top fish specialists.

Tonight’s first challenge is a Knowledge and Skills Test. They attempt to demonstrate their ability to identify four types of flavourings before being asked to make calamari and tartare sauce in just 20 minutes.

At this point in the competition, the celebrities would usually be sent to work with and learn from a professional chef in their restaurant kitchen. But as this is not currently possible, John and Gregg bring the chef to the celebrities. One of the UK’s top fish specialists, Mitch Tonks, challenges each of the four celebrities to cook one of his favourite seafood recipes. 

Then, to stay in the competition, the celebrities must channel all they have learned from Mitch into one dish inspired by a holiday. With just one hour to cook, the celebrities give it their all in a last attempt to prove themselves to the judges. At the end of this test, one of them will be going home.
