Jimmie Fails yearns to reclaim a sense of belonging in his native San Francisco, where the rapid spread of gentrification continues to push out communities already on the margins. Accompanied by his best friend Mont, Jimmie embarks on an odyssey to recover his childhood home, a house built by his grandfather in a now-costly neighborhood of the city.
