In 2019, the Hong Kong government proposes a law allowing suspects to be extradited to China. The bill sparks a wave of anger across the city as people fear Hong Kong’s autonomy from mainland China is under threat.

Using groundbreaking artificial intelligence to protect the identities of the protesters, this film tells the story of four young Hongkongers who join mass protests across the city and feel increasingly disillusioned by the government’s response. They soon find themselves drawn into a cycle of violence that threatens to tear the city apart.
