Tam Cowan talks to Peter Thomson, a soft fruit grower from Blairgowrie to hear how he’s gone from producing some of the finest strawberries and raspberries in Scotland to now growing some of the best cherries in the world. Edinburgh based entrepreneur Fraser Doherty talks to Tam about how at aged 16, he became the youngest ever jam supplier to a major supermarket using a secret recipe given to him by his gran. Fraser also reveals to Tam about the unconventional way his gran deals with any competitors! Also, whether it’s strawberries from Angus, blueberries from Blairgowrie or raspberries from Tayside, Gregor Leckie tells Tam how he’s shaking up the drinks market using some of Scotland’s finest soft fruit.
