Today, Michelin-starred chef Galton Blackiston has his eye on the prize as he puts three home cooks through a series of culinary challenges. He teaches the cooks how to make a perfectly cooked
quail's egg wrapped in a nest of potato. Galton will be judged by triple Michelin-starred chef Pierre Koffmann in the Friday final so his professional pride is at stake, but which home cook will he choose to be his partner?
