Kaye Adams asks listeners how they prepared for their so-called golden years and if their plans worked out the way they hoped.

More than 400,000 people in Scotland are now saving into a workplace pension through auto-enrolment.
The scheme was introduced by the UK government in 2012 to encourage more people to save towards retirement.

We speak to the man who uses his traumatic experience of Boko Haram to help others - Maji Peterx holds workshops that help people across the world to deal with violence using alternative methods and he's currently in Scotland.
